Rules & Regulations :   

  FIFA '07

1. Each participant would compete with another participant, who-ever wins that particular game would move onto the next round, till the final winner emerges.

2. The half length in the preliminary rounds would be 4 minutes. This would be suitably increased in the final rounds.

3. Both participant would have to select a particular national and club team. In case both participants want the same team, the decision would be made by a coin-toss.

4. In case the game ends in a draw in normal time, a penalty shoot-out would be employed to decide the winner.

5. Only keyboard controls would be provided, no analog controls would be allowed.

6. In case of any malfunctions or disruptions the concerned co-ordinator would take suitable action.

7. Use of any unfair means, such as cheat codes, would result in immediate disqualification.

8. Any modifications would be communicated to the registered participants.

9.Students pursuing their studies in any discipline and also students passed out since 2007 are allowed to participate.

  COUNTER STRIKE

1. A team of 5(five) players has to be registered.No substitute players wil be allowed.

2. In the priliminary rounds, each game would consist of 14 matches (7+7). In the final rounds the number of matches may be increased.

3. The team would select a terrorist or a counter terrorist mode. After 7 (or more) rounds their choice will be interchanged. The initial choice would be determined by a knife round.

4. Participants are allowed to bring their own mouse and headphones. Analog controllers and headphones will not be provided.

5. Participants are allowed to use code names of their choice.

6.Any kind of abusive radio communication is strictly prohibited. Any team found restoring to such means would be immediately disqualified.

7. The game maps would be de_dust2, de_inferno, de_nuke, de_train. Any request to change the map would be at the sole discretion of the co-ordinator.

8. Use of any unfair means,such as cheat codes ,would result in immediate disqualification.

9.Students pursuing their studies in any discipline and also students passed out since 2007 are allowed to participate.
